Frequently Asked Questions

After a project is over, do you offer continued support?

Yes! Once a project wraps, I'm still here for minor adjustments or follow-up questions. And if you're looking for ongoing support, I offer retainer packages too. Ask me about them! (psssttt….they're customized & personal!!)

How long does a project usually take to complete?

Honestly? It depends. But here are my general timelines so you're not going in blind:

  • ✍🏽 Copywriting (emails, ads, newsletters) — 5–7 business days

  • 📄 Sales Pages & Website Copy — 5–7 business days

  • ✨ Showit Website Design — 3–4 business days

  • 📊 Content Audit & Strategy — 1–2 weeks

  • 📣 Ads Management — ongoing monthly

Please note that I work Monday through Friday. Deadlines on weekends or holidays will move to the next business day.

We confirm exact timelines during our strategy call or in the proposal. This depends on your project's specific scope.

How will revisions work?

Your vision is the priority. If something doesn't feel quite right, just say the word, and we'll work together until it does.

For copywriting and web design, you get 3 rounds of revisions. This ensures everything feels just right. Each round gives you one week to send your edits my way, and I'll turn them around within 3–5 days.

For ads management, we use an ongoing process. We don’t just revise traditionally. We test and analyze performance data. Then, we optimize campaigns based on real results.

My goal is simple… I want you to feel relieved AND genuinely ecstatic with the final result.

Is ad management a stand-alone service that you provide?

Ads management is available as a stand-alone service or part of a full marketing package. I can help with a one-time campaign or provide monthly support. I'll design a plan that fits your needs.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Getting started is easier than you think. Here's what the process looks like:

First, we'll hop on a free strategy call where I get to know you, your business, your goals, and your audience. Think of it as a no-pressure, real conversation to see if we click.

I'll email you a recap of our discussion. It will include a clear overview of how I can help. You’ll get a straightforward plan tailored to your needs.

Next, I’ll send a proposal. It will outline the timeline and pricing. This way, you’ll know what to expect before committing.

I'll send a statement of work to your inbox. It includes everything: the scope, timelines, deliverables, payment details, and space for our signatures to make it official.

Simple, transparent, and designed to make you feel confident every step of the way.

What is your payment process/policy?

Maintenance offers and bundle projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. A one-time project calls for a 50% upfront payment. The other 50% is due after the first draft is completed.

Who do you usually work with?

My people are talented, empathetic, and visionary, but they are stretched thin.

I mainly work with mental health professionals, therapists, coaches, and personal development specialists. They excel in their fields but often struggle to market themselves effectively.

If you run a service-based business and care about helping others, you belong here too.
